TERM AND CONDITIONS

Minimum Subscription Period is 12 Months for all packages except package with modem rental (24 months) or other promotion packages (if so).

Modem's Warranty is 24 Months (for package with modem rental only). Modem will be yours after that period.

If customer end their subscription before minimum period, ballance of subscription fee must be settle and modem must be return to TM Net Sdn.Bhd.

Automatic Account Activation After 7 Days for package witout modem - customer can choose either do self installation or installed bt contractor.

TM Net's contractor will do installation for Streamyx Basic package (with modem/modem rental) and installation fee (RM 88) will charged in the first bill.


STREAMYX IN-A-BOX (SIAB)
*Optional to customer that want to do self installation
*Only for NEW & SUCCESSFULL application for basic/SOHO package (with modem or modem rental) ONLY.

Delivery charge is RM 14 for Peninsular Malaysia & RM 25 for East Malaysia - will be include in customer's first bill.

Installation charge (RM 88) will be charged only if customer asked service from TM Net's contractor.

Customer have to send SMS (STXACTVlogin ID and send to 33535).

Automatic account activation after 7 days including delivery period
(after registration date)


BILL

Nothing will be charge during registration and installation because all charge will be include in customer's first bill.

Charge:
Installation fee - RM 88
Activation fee - RM 75
First month's bill - depend on package
First month's advance - depend on package
Modem rental/delivery - RM 5/RM 14 (if so)
